Dushyant Kumar
Joint Coordinator
Dush works across special projects and event programming, theatre and general management. Bio: Flinders Drama Centre veteran, Actor, Director and lover of the arts, Dush's passion and sheer determination drives Higher Ground and all that it creates and supports. Having taken his skills across the globe and back Dush has established theatre companies and projects, co-ordinated cabarets and built venues in the Fringe capitals of the world Edinburgh and Adelaide. He is quintessentially Higher Ground.

Suzanne Merrall
Joint Coordinator
Suzanne works across general management, finance, visual art programming and fundraising.
Trained in Classical Theatre and Dance, English born, Suzanne has been creating, establishing and co-ordinating arts venues and arts projects for 18yrs. Devoted to a sustainable yet Not-for-Profit model she believes that art is a necessity not a privilege. With a love of the international, this has taken her via France, Turkey, Scotland and South Africa before giving birth to Higher Ground Inc in Adelaide.

Amrit Kumar
Venue Manager
Amrit works across venue management, publicity, sponsorship, and music programming.
Classical Musician with degrees in Psychology and Philosophy, Amrit has also spent 10yrs in hospitality developing her love for excellent cuisine and superb wine. She has meanwhile honed her academic background into exceptional PR skills. Known for dancing to anything from Bach to Basement JAX, Amrit is the face, dress and backbone of Higher Ground hospitality.

Monica Kordova
Special Projects
Monica works across business development, marketing and programming.
Bio: Performance artist and Visual Art graduate, Monica Kordova has performed at festivals and events internationally, interstate and locally. Monica is a passionately innovative project worker who adores turning problems into opportunities. Well loved and well connected, known and knowing she is Higher Grounds answer to the eight ball only more attractive...

Rosie George
Art Cafe Manager
Bio: Reared in an infamous Adelaide family of artists including Dress designers, potters, jewelry designers, musicians, sculptors, painters and creators of fine wine. Rosie decided to seek a career in education! Well traveled she has copious experience in customer service with an international clientele. Charming yet discerning she will no doubt be your first port of call at Higher Ground when seeking artistic entertainment.
